If you don't want your whole website in flash, there's no reason why you can't build a website in HTML and embed flash elements or flash banners into it, as I've done with this site. Used sparingly and gracefully, flash banners and animations can enhance your website and give the user a more aesthetic experience. It's posh. It makes it look like you have a successful business and could afford to pay flash prices.

Perhaps you would make your website header in flash, or use flash animations or banners to liven up the page. Don't over use it though. There's nothing worse than a site with a million flashing graphics on it. It strains the eyes and takes people off the focus of what they came for. Choosing flash banners for your advertising campaign for your business is pretty standard these days. Flash banners, as opposed to animated gif banners are far more eye catching and give you a lot more versatility and many more "screens" for your copy. A good flash design and branding concept can give you the best click-through results. The banner on the left is a good example. Go on, click it!
